Apologies to all of our customers that have been experiencing difficulties in getting through to us over the last week.  BT in their wisdom – for reasons unbeknown to us – terminated our main business lines.  We were without telephones for almost two days and we only have one line now.  They tell me that it will take until the 23rd April before we can resume a normal service with our lines restored.  It beggars belief!  Thank you for your patience.  Please send an email if you need to contact us as they are getting through.
