Seasonal Touring Pitch 

At Salcombe Regis Camping & Caravan Park we do offer Seasonal Touring Pitches. Customers can purchase a seasonal touring pitch, meaning they can place their caravan on one of our seasonal pitches for the whole season. 

With only 37 Seasonal Pitches on offer spaces fill quickly. 

This guarantees a holiday from March through to October with no hassle of having to move your caravan.

When demand is high we will happily place you on the waiting list. Before the season starts you can contact us if there are any late cancellations. 

A Seasonal Pitch is a Licence to occupy a particular Pitch as directed by the Park for the whole of the season. Generally, the season runs from March to the end of October in each year. 

When a seasonal pitch is booked the licence is personal to two named users. Children can be added subject to the additional charges. Friends and other family may use your caravan subject to our standard pitch fee and extras. 

If your Caravan is in our Storage Yard for the Winter Period, we will tow the caravan out to the designated pitch prior to the start of the season and level it front to back/side to side and fit your security locks in readiness for your first visit. It will remain on the pitch for the whole season. 

Seasonal Touring Pitch small print 

A licence agreement would be required and signed, to state that you agree to our terms and conditions of this stay. 

It is the owner’s responsibility to erect their own awning if required and to secure it properly as we are unable to accept any liability for storm damage. The caravan and contents must be fully insured at all times as we are unable to accept any liability whatsoever for any loss/damage that may occur. 

If your caravan is stored off site it is your responsibility to place it on the pitch including levelling it and its security at the start of the season. The Park must retain a full set of keys at all times. 

The Seasonal Pitch is a macadam hardstanding area with a gravel awning base. There is an electricity supply (10 Amps), mains water tap and a grey water soakaway on every pitch. All services are included within the Seasonal Pitch price. There is parking for your vehicle to the right of the awning base. We may ask you to park commercial vehicles in the main car park.

All visits must be recorded by signing in at reception upon arrival and again upon departure. Between visits, all services to your caravan must be disconnected. Visitors are welcome subject to a daily visitor and additional car charge. 

A maximum of two dogs are permitted subject to our Dog Policy.
